Experience

Precision Engineering Inc.;  February 1983 to present. Operations Coordinator.
Ms. Kingsley oversees all functions of the organization, including marketing of new clients, progress of work in hand, final reporting and invoicing.  She is responsible for staffing, insurance documentation, in house quality assurance and cost control. Additionally, she provides technical support in the materials testing laboratory and in the field when required.

New Mexico State University Soil and Water Testing Lab; 1979-1983. Research Technician III.
Responsible for all types of water testing relative to Safe Drinking Water Act compliance for subdivisions, Mutual Domestic Consumers Associations and New Mexico State University, especially regarding microbiological parameters.  Interfaced with New Mexico Environmental Improvement Division (now New Mexico Environment Department) regarding non-complicance of clients.  Field sampling as required.

responsible for overseeing in house monitoring report progress through laboratory, including Sacramento Municipal Utilities District project, and final report preparation.

Controls for Environmental Pollution, Inc.; 1977-1978. Lab/Field Technician.
Assisted in the design of a research field sampling program for Arizona Public Service Company Four corners Power Plant (water, soil, plant, and animal specimens).  Performed laboratory water testing, including titrimetric, colorimetric and potentiometric procedures.
