EXPERTISE:
QUALITY: Complied, reliable and accurate real-time information for achieve storage and re-acceptance of tested material. Inspected materials on a microscopic scale for defects that would impair critical designs efforts. Inspected external manufacturers processes for compliance to military standards of acceptance levels with facility compatibility of in-house process development prior to purchase products; developed and implemented Quality Control charting of mandated analytes for regulatory agencies compliance; directed actions to implement SOPs, extraction work sheet, data collection notebooks, standardize tracking system for data traceability, developed the Quality Assurance Program Plan , the statement of qualification manual and completed administrative documentation. Have implemented ISO 25 for SWAT and in the process of implementing both ISO 9000 and SEI for the Physical Science Laboratory.
CHEMISTRY: Organic analysis per EPA 418.1, 502.2, 504. Inorganic digestion analysis using "PARR BOMB" for tissues, waters and soils, mercury in fish & insects, agua regia for arsenic & selenium, and lead in blood analyzed by atomic absorption.
ELCECTRONIC AND INSTRUMENTATION DESIGN:
Developed and analyzed real-time data pertaining to prototype detector
array systems per RDEG. Implemented and designed additional monte
carlo computer modeling simulations; Designed experiments for agencies
on the EMF effects on electronic components in a radioactive environment.
